Information Services Group (ISG), a global AI-centered technology research and advisory firm, has named Hexaware a Leader in two quadrants of its ISG Provider Lens® Generative AI Services 2026 Global report. The quadrants are Strategy and Consulting Services — Midsize and Development and Deployment Services — Midsize.

Hexaware is one of 15 providers that ISG placed in the Leader position in both Midsize quadrants. The other 14 are Accion Labs, Apexon, Ascendion, Birlasoft, Brillio, Cybage, EXL, Firstsource, Konecta, Persistent Systems, Softtek, Trigent, Unisys, and Virtusa.

ISG’s 2026 study finds that what the technology can do no longer sets GenAI providers apart. What matters now is how reliably they can turn it into lasting change inside the enterprise. Buyers want GenAI that is secure, grounded in their own business context, and affordable to run at scale. They are looking for partners who can connect it to real workflows and measurable results. That’s the work we focus on every day.

Leader: Strategy and Consulting Services — Midsize

ISG recognizes Hexaware for consulting that leads directly into delivery, because our AI advisors and engineers work closely together. We start by gauging a client’s AI readiness and vetting candidate use cases. Then we shape the operating model and core architecture needed to support those use cases. We score each opportunity on its business value and on practical factors such as data readiness, complexity, adoption, and risk. As a result, the projects that move forward already have an implementation plan.

  • Value-led AI intake: One consistent scoring approach decides which AI ideas are worth building before any engineering effort is committed.
  • Consulting meets engineering: Advisors and engineers work under one delivery model, so recommendations turn into working solutions with less friction.
  • Governance-first design: Risk, compliance, and data protection requirements are settled during planning and carried through build and operations, rather than added afterward.

Leader: Development and Deployment Services — Midsize

ISG recognizes Hexaware for an AI engineering portfolio that spans application modernization, document intelligence, software development, IT operations, and AI infrastructure. Our platforms—RapidX®, Tensai®, Amaze®, and Agentverse™—each support a different stage of building and running AI. Throughout, we favor AI foundations that clients own outright and components that can be reused across projects.

  • Lifecycle engineering discipline: A single delivery model carries AI from foundation through build, testing, deployment, and day-to-day operations, so systems stay observable and dependable after go-live.
  • Modernization AI engineering: Anchored by RapidX®, we build AI into how we analyze, transform, and check code, which makes AI practical in large, established technology environments.
  • Production control layer: Testing and operations are part of engineering from the start. Built-in checks for evaluation, security, workflow tracing, and model usage keep live systems behaving as intended.
