R Srikrishna (Sri, aka Keech) is the CEO of Hexaware Technologies.
A pioneer in the IT world and with over 20 years of concrete experience in HCL, Keech had been serving as the President of two units’ viz., The Healthcare and Life Sciences and The Infrastructure Services. He was instrumental in growing these units to multibillion dollar businesses. The year 2014 marked the joining of Keech in Hexaware. Since then, he is dedicated towards delivering world-class services to customers, and ensuring employee satisfaction, thereby creating and sustaining long term profitable growth.
He showcases a great mix of leadership, inspiration, technology expertise, operational experience, technical breadth, and passion for customer service. His past successes have been underpinned by his ability to build highly passionate leadership teams and organizational teams that work together to create long term success. He has also consistently spotted key market trends ahead of competition thereby creating differentiated new services. As a recognition of his leadership skills, he was named in 2010 as Young Global Leader of the Year by the World Economic Forum.
Keech holds a degree in electrical engineering from IIT and an MBA IIM, Calcutta. Sri lives in Flemington, New Jersey with his wife and two sons.
A highly accomplished business leader with nearly three decades of experience in the industry and with service provider organizations, Ashok Harris started his career with Sanmar Group, a leading Chennai-based corporation, and rose up its ranks to become its CIO, after a decade. He was instrumental in driving organizational transformation across the group with the power of information technology, making it, in many ways, a pioneer among peer organizations.
He joined the Satyam Computers when it was a less than $100 million Company as a significant part of the core team of the company. At Satyam, Ashok played a critical role in transforming structures, processes, and systems in an organic context.
Post his tenure at Satyam, Ashok founded a management consulting firm that focused on strategy development and execution, transaction advisory, performance improvement and IT advisory services working with IT service providers, as well as end user organizations, before joining Hexaware.
Adding to the glory of Hexaware, after all these successful years of numerous accolades, he now heads the global delivery organization at Hexaware.
Amrinder Singh heads business operations for the European region at Hexaware. He is responsible for all of the business functions of this region, including driving sales and overseeing the service delivery.
Prior to joining Hexaware, Amrinder was associated with HCL Technologies. He has over 14 years of experience in the software industry. He brings with him a proven track record of growing international IT services business across the retail and consumer services industries. In his stint at HCL, he was the European head of HCL's Retail and CPG sectors.
He is a graduate in electrical engineering and a postgraduate in management from IIM Calcutta. He is currently based out of our London office.
Krishna Kumar joined Hexaware in January 2017. His responsibilities include leading the adoption of automation technologies both in the work that Hexaware performs for its customers as well as in the IT and business processes of the customers. He also leads Hexaware’s investments in the next generation of technologies which promise to transform the hi-tech landscape.
He has over 25 years of experience in the software industry including several startup companies in the networking, search and big data space as well as in IT-services and web companies. His prior experience includes web search, big data and cloud infrastructures.
Krishna holds a degree in electrical engineering from IIT Madras. He is based out of our Chennai, India office.
Amalesh Mishra heads the APMEA Operations for Hexaware. He joined Hexaware from HCL Technologies, where he was general manager and regional sales director, APJ.
In his more than 15 years in the IT industry, Amalesh has displayed remarkable versatility in managing new challenges and opportunities across multiple regions, domains, and roles.
He started his career with Infosys as a programmer in Mainframe technologies and quickly rose to manage a team of more than 20 consultants in the cards and payments domain.
After his MBA, he was based in US working with Cognizant, managing existing and new business for large accounts such as American Express and Ameriprise Financial.
He subsequently moved to HCL's infrastructure services division and handled business in the US, APAC, and India regions.
Amalesh also handled the systems integration business at HP in India for over two years and won many marquee deals for HP.
In his latest role at Hexaware, he ramped up the APAC region into a significant region for infrastructure services in two years.
His core skills include complex deal structuring, contract negotiations, and relationship building.
He holds an MBA from ISB Hyderabad, and a mechanical engineering degree from NIT Allahabad. Currently he is based out of Hexaware's Singapore office.
Ravi Vaidyanathan manages the banking, financial services and capital markets vertical for Hexaware. He is responsible for accelerating business growth, client delivery, and competency development in the banking, financial services, and capital markets domain.
Ravi has over 21 years of experience in the IT industry with 13 years in the financial services industry including securities and capital markets. He has developed several solutions in the areas of reference data management, portfolio management and accounting, and trading systems for various Wall Street clients of Hexaware. Prior to Hexaware, Ravi worked for leading companies in the software industry specializing in the engineering and implementation of various application and system software products. Ravi specializes in investment data management and has conducted several seminars and workshops on this subject. As an ardent practitioner, Ravi engages in several key client initiatives and provides strategic consulting to CXOs in the industry. He holds a degree in engineering.
Arun Ramchandran heads the Professional Services business unit of Hexaware. In this role, he is responsible for working directly with Hexaware’s Professional Services clients globally, expanding on existing relationships and nurturing new ones, delivering digital transformation services to enable innovation and agility, while continuing to provide efficiencies and savings. Arun joins Hexaware from Capgemini, where he spent close to six years,initially as a member of their Applications Services’ Executive Board,where he was instrumental in creating and leading their Strategic Large Deals team globally and closely involved in several of their large, marquee Managed Services wins,and then as Head of Sales and Client Relations in North America for their Technology & Engineering Services Unit. During his stint, Capgemini became a leader in Applications Outsourcing and repositioned as a Transformational Technology Services Provider in NA.
Prior to Capgemini, Arun had spent more than a decade at Infosys, leading their Global Life Sciences Unit. Under his leadership, the unit grew three-fold, in three years. He was also closely associated with Client Relations, Global Sourcing deals, and Business Development efforts in various other key roles. In addition to all these accomplishments, Arun’s career spans stints at Virtusa (during its pre-IPO phase), Nokia Mobile Phones, and Asian Paints, across US and India.
Arun lives in the San Francisco Bay Area, CA, with his wife and two teenage kids. He holds a B.Tech engineering degree from IIT, Mumbai, and an MBA from IIM, Calcutta. Given his Silicon Valley base and network, he is naturally curious about Innovation and Emerging Technologies, and passionate about how they can be harnessed for a better future for individuals and organizations alike. Senthil is responsible for Global Operations of Experis Technology Solutions, a newly formed business unit. In this role, he is responsible for managing the growth strategy of this business and driving sales, solutions, service delivery and operations.
He has been with Hexaware for thirteen years, handling many key leadership roles, his most recent role as the Global Head of Manufacturing & Consumer vertical. Prior to this, he managed several Key accounts delivery for North America, and managed our largest account, while leading our ERP practice.
In his corporate role, he headed our corporate university and Sales Excellence and currently leads the Sales Enablement for Hexaware. He has over 25 years of experience in software services, with earlier stints in GE and Sierra Atlantic, where he founded the Oracle practice.
He holds a commerce degree from the Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi and is a chartered accountant. Senthil is based out of Chennai, India.
Aravind Kashyap is responsible for driving strategy, growth and delivery of Manufacturing and Consumer business unit. Aravind has over 25 years of diverse sales, management and consulting experience globally. Aravind has been spearheading Strategy, Execution, Go To Market, M&A, Alliances, Advisors and Analysts relationships to grow the business. Prior to joining Hexaware, Aravind has been instrumental in the growth of Wipro's Consumer (Retail, CPG, Media, Travel and Public Services) Business Unit, acquiring large outsourcing and transformational relationship with Fortune 100 companies. His work has helped global organizations leverage digital, integrated services, domain and I/P solutions to crush cost and grow sales.
In his career, Aravind has played significant management roles at HCL, Capgemini, Satyam, Northern Trust Bank, Quinnox, and Larsen & Toubro. Aravind has earned a MBA from DePaul University Kellstadt Graduate School of Business, Chicago and Bachelors in Computer Science from PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore.
Aravind is an avid speaker, writer and blogger on technology concepts and business innovations. He lives in Frisco, TX.
Prasan Prabhakaran heads the Enterprise Solutions business unit, at Hexaware. Prasan is a strategic IT Leader, with over 23 years of IT experience, and is specialized in areas related to Enterprise Applications, Practice/P&L Management and Customer Orchestration. Prior to joining Hexaware, Prasan had worked with Cognizant Technologies for over ten years adorning multiple hats, including heading their New Growth Platforms in the Enterprise Applications area, which was instrumental in incubating multiple enterprise Cloud products and heading their Oracle Solutions Practice.
In his previous stint as General Manager for US Technology, Prasan set up the company’s Center of Excellences and also headed their Business Development function. In his earlier role at Satyam, he worked in the capacity of an Engagement Manager.
During the early part of his career, Prasan conceived, secured capital, setup, managed and architected multiple application agnostic product lines, across multiple technologies, including pioneering concepts such as Remote Software Factory and the earliest version of J2EE application server.

Chinmoy Banerjee has over two decades of experience and has worked in business process management, consulting and financial services in the US, Canada, India, and Malaysia.
Chinmoy joined Hexaware / Caliber Point from Infosys BPO where he spent nearly seven years as the head of capital markets for North America. Before joining Infosys BPO, he worked with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) where he led BPO sales for two regions in North America. Prior to joining TCS, Chinmoy was a principal consultant in the strategy and change group in IBM Business Consulting Services. At IBM, he was one of the founding members of the risk management and operations practice and sold and executed diverse deals that comprised risk management, core banking, bank setups, treasury, and asset liability management.Chinmoy holds a Trium Global MBA that was jointly awarded by New York University Stern School of Business, LSE, and HEC Paris and a Masters in Financial Management from Mumbai University. He is based out of our office in New Jersey, USA.
Eswar Venkatachalam manages the travel, hospitality, transportation and logistics vertical for Hexaware. He is responsible for building definite go-to-market strategies, defining service offerings, competency building, innovation, growth and client management within this domain.
He has over 25 years of IT-consulting experience in a global environment, with 13 years in the travel and transportation industry. Over the years, Eswar has focused on working with IT leaders to visualize and execute transformation agendas and overseeing them, successfully transition from traditional outsourcing engagements to partnerships. He carries solid business acumen, strong technical skills, product development experience and operational expertise. Eswar was instrumental in signing the single largest deal, to date, in a transformation program within Hexaware. He has also won various sales and customer relationship awards, both in Hexaware and his previous organizations.
Prior to joining Hexaware in 1998, Eswar led the Offshore Development Center for a large Japanese customer at Square D Software Ltd. He has the experience of working with clients and teams in APAC, EMEA, North America, and Latin America. Eswar’s interests include listening to music, watching sports, and cooking. He is currently based out of Hexaware's US office.
Sandeep has joined us as the president of the Customer Experience Transformation Business Unit. His role will be pivotal in leveraging Hexaware's full suite of capabilities, contributing to the growth of its super horizontal customer experience transformation; to help our clients build customer intimacy as a differentiator and a competitive advantage.
As a professional with 30 years of work experience across multiple industries like; banking, retail, IT and business process management, he has rich experience in working internationally in cross-cultural teams across Asia, Europe and the Americas. Sandeep joins us from Capgemini, where he has worked as the Chief Operating Officer. During his stint, he exhibited proven capability in running and rapidly scaling up businesses, driving innovation and leading organizational change. Prior to that, he was the CEO of Tesco HSC, the 7000 people strong operations and technology hub for Tesco worldwide. Sandeep has also worked with Sapient, India as the Managing Director and was responsible for leading a 5000+ team of IT engineers, software developers and technology architects. The team delivered cutting edge platforms for e-commerce, mobile commerce and digital marketing.
Sandeep has a bachelor’s degree in Physics from the University of Delhi and an MBA from IMT-Ghaziabad. He is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at the Wharton Business School. In his free time, Sandeep enjoys watching Asian Cinema, and takes deep interest in practicing and promoting health and fitness.
Amberin Memon joined Hexaware in 1997. She brings vast leadership and multicultural experience of over 25 years in the industry during which she has managed delivery and operations and the human resource function as well as supported sales in business development initiatives. She now leads and drives all the human capital development programs across Hexaware.
Prior to her current role, Amberin was the group head for the healthcare and insurance practice. She was instrumental for the growth of healthcare and insurance practice and has steered delivery operations across the globe. Her in-depth knowledge of various technologies and people management skills have helped her in this role.
Organization team building and restructuring, change management, aligning HR to business, culture building, and HR metrics are some of the core strengths she has built as a member of senior management teams for over 25 years.
Prior to joining Hexaware, Amberin worked with Advance Computer Services and as an IBM platform consultant.
Amberin holds a postgraduate diploma in computer science.
Rajesh Kanani has over 25 years of experience in finance, accounting, treasury, planning and mergers and acquisitions and has held diverse leadership roles in finance in the company over the last 10 years. He is currently the chief financial officer of the company. He has made commendable contributions in the areas of MIS and Corporate taxation.
Rajesh is a qualified chartered accountant and cost accountant. He is based out of Hexaware's office in Mahape, Navi Mumbai.
Vinod Chandran heads the infrastructure management business unit at Hexaware. He joined Hexaware from HCL Technologies where he spent the past two decades in a variety of roles. He has been an integral part of the HCL growth story.
In the past decade, he led and built the North American IMS business for HCL from zero to over a billion dollars in revenue.
Vinod is a visionary leader in the IMS business, has helped create multiple, creative, IMS offerings for HCL in the past and has led and won multiple deals worth millions of dollars. He has also overseen the project execution and relationships with several dozen large clients of HCL.He holds an MBA from XLRI. He speaks five languages - Malayalam, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, and English.
He is based out of Hexaware’s New Jersey’s office.
Milan Bhatt heads the healthcare and insurance vertical at Hexaware. In this role, he is responsible for strategy, sales, solutions, and service delivery for this vertical.
In his career, he has focused on working with IT and Business leaders to envision and execute transformation agendas and help successfully transition from traditional outsourcing engagements to flexible and transparent co-sourcing partnerships.
Milan joined Hexaware in 2015 from Symphony Teleca, where he led the healthcare vertical and the go to market strategy for digital businesses. Before Symphony, Milan spent over a decade in roles of increasing responsibility at HCL Technologies. In his last role at HCL, Milan was responsible for managing business development for the life sciences sector in North America. Prior to that, he established and grew HCL's presence in Canada with a focus on banking, insurance, and healthcare.
Milan is an electronics engineering graduate and holds an MBA from IMT Ghaziabad, India.
He is currently based out of our office in New Jersey, USA.
Srini manages Hexaware's Application Transformation Management (ATM) business; our oldest and single largest revenue generating service line and Global Delivery for Healthcare & Insurance vertical. He has over 25 years of rich and varied experience in providing solutions, using emerging technologies and across industry segments such as; Healthcare, Insurance & Life Sciences, BFS, Capital Markets, Higher Education and Retail. He comes with a remarkable acumen of technical, operational, business management skills and has an extensive experience in running complex businesses, technological transformation programs and delivering business outcomes to customers.
In his current role, he is entrusted to further scale our ATM business, build new competencies, service offerings, introduce and institutionalize automation in ASM services, create platforms, build practice & solutions with renewed focus, on enhancing the ATM value chain. In his capacity as Global Delivery for H&I customers, he is responsible for enhancing customer experience through delivery excellence, employee engagement and the growth of this vertical.
He has been with Hexaware for over 18 years. Prior to joining Hexaware, Srini has held key positions in iSoft PLC and Ramco Systems.
