A business leader with over 25 years of experience in the IT Industry currently heading Talent Management globally at Hexaware. With a B. Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering and MBA from XIMB, Satyendu aka Tony has played multiple roles in leading delivery, test strategy and consulting, presales, practice development, competency building and solutioning. Extensive global experience in managing P & L, operations, client relationship, driving innovations in automation, assurance for Digital Transformation programs and strategic planning for the Testing practice with focus on adding value to customers through productivity improvements, optimized test processes, zero defect delivery and by motivating and building high performance teams.

As the global head of Talent Management, the objective is to centrally lead the Hexaware talent development with focus on upskilling and cross-skilling of our talented consultants to improve the organization’s agility to develop and scale talent around digital technologies, to re-imagine the L&D function and make Hexaware a world class organization for learning and career growth and to onboard talent aligned with our strategy of bringing smiles to our customers through talented people and technology.
