Srinivasan Panchapakesan

Srinivasan Panchapakesan, also known as Srini, is the President and Chief Platform Officer at Hexaware. A goal-driven, hands-on technology leader with more than 35 years of industry experience, he leads the development, integration, and scaling of Hexaware’s unified platform portfolio, including Amaze®, RapidX®, Tensai®, and Agentverse™. He also oversees Global Delivery for Hexaware’s Digital & Software service line, driving customer digital adoption, product engineering, user experience, delivery excellence, and employee engagement.

With strong technical, operational, and business management expertise, Srini has led complex business and technology transformation programs that deliver measurable business outcomes. He is highly skilled in cloud, Agile, DevOps (AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional and AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate), modern delivery, solution architecture, product engineering, digital experience, APIs, composable architecture, cloud-native development, platform-led solutions, and legacy modernization. An avid learner with over 200 certifications, he champions continuous learning and helps employees embrace emerging technologies. He was one of the principal architects, along with his team, behind Hexaware’s Amaze® and RapidX® platforms, which underpin the company’s platform-led services strategy.

He has led some of Hexaware’s most complex engagements across banking and financial services, insurance, life sciences, healthcare, education, retail, and manufacturing. He has been with Hexaware for over 27 years. Before joining the company, he held key positions at iSOFT PLC and Ramco Systems.
