Srinivasan Panchapakesan

Srinivasan, aka Srini, is the chief architect and thought leader of Hexaware’s Amaze® platform. He is a goal-driven hands-on leader with over 30 years of IT experience in providing solutions across varied technologies.  Strong in Cloud, Agile, DevOps (AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional and AWS certified Solution Architect – Associate), Modern Delivery and Solution Architecture, Srini has deep expertise in domains like Healthcare, Insurance and Life Sciences, Banking and Financial Services, Capital Markets, Education and Retail.

Highly versatile with distinct technical, operational, and business management skills, he has successfully led several complex businesses and technological transformation programs for delivering optimum business outcomes to customers. Moreover, he is an avid and passionate learner who inspires and empowers employees to embrace and adapt to new technology trends. His latest innovation as a technology evangelist includes Hexaware’s automation-led Amaze® platform, built for providing rapid and highly cost-efficient cloud solutions.

In his current role, he oversees Amaze®’s product engineering and is responsible for keeping the industry-leading unique platform the best in its class and ahead of the curve. He also heads global delivery of the Cloud Transformation business and is responsible for the growth of the service line by enhancing the customer cloud adoption experience through Amaze®, delivery excellence, and employee engagement.

He has been with Hexaware for over 21 years. Prior to joining Hexaware, Srini has held key positions in iSoft PLC and Ramco Systems.
