Hexaware has been recognized as an “exceptional performer” and ranked among the top three IT service providers for overall customer satisfaction in the 2025 BeLux IT Sourcing Study by Whitelane Research. Drawn from feedback provided by more than 300 of the region’s largest IT-spending organizations, the study evaluates 35 IT service providers and 11 cloud-platform specialists purely on client opinion, covering over 800 unique IT-sourcing and 800 cloud-platform relationships.
In this year’s report, Hexaware posted an 84% General Satisfaction score, matched by 84% in Service Delivery Quality and a study-leading 89% in Account Management Quality. An 80% score in the Application Services tower rounded out its top-three sweep, reinforcing steady year-on-year gains across every key performance indicator. In 2025, the company also secured first place in Whitelane Research’s 2025 UK & Ireland IT Sourcing Study across five towers, sectors, contracts, and KPIs, underscoring the company’s consistently excellent performance across Europe.
“Being recognized by the people who matter most—our clients—is the clearest validation of the experience-led, AI-first approach we bring to every engagement,” said Amrinder Singh, President & Head — EMEA & APAC, Hexaware. He added that the BeLux results “demonstrate we are raising the bar in service quality and account stewardship year after year.”
Whitelane Research sees the momentum as anything but incidental. Jef Loos, Head of Research – Europe, Whitelane Research, noted, “Hexaware’s entry into the Exceptional Performer tier is driven by strong, client-verified scores in the two KPIs that BeLux organizations prioritize—service delivery and account management. Those results point to a provider scaling rapidly without losing focus on quality.”
Shreyas Vasanth Kumar, Senior Vice President & Head – Continental Europe, Hexaware, added, “The study confirms our investment in local talent and co-innovation centers is paying off. Clients here value speed and measurable outcomes, and these scores show we’re delivering both.”
