Effective measures taken by Hexaware in light of COVID-19

As the corona virus pandemic becomes more serious by the day, we are taking all necessary steps and precautions to ensure the best interests of all our stakeholders. In these uncertain times, our commitment to our employees, customers and the communities in which we live continues to be stronger than ever and we are focused on ensuring that Hexawarians remain safe and healthy while continuing to deliver our commitment to our clients.

Considering the current situation, a hands-on BCP team has been set up and is continually monitoring COVID-19 regional and global situations to adjust our mode of operation as required. As per the directives of healthcare experts and local government regulations we are adhering to social distancing as the best way to combat this pandemic in our society. ‘Work from Home’ has been initiated for all Hexaware employees based on affected geo/country situations. A dedicated infrastructure support team is available on call with the necessary expertise to enable seamless work environment during the ‘Work from Home’ period.

To ensure the well-being of our employees, here are a few best practice protocols that Hexaware has adopted to deal with this pandemic-

• Complete prohibition of travel or through hot zones
• Practicing self-hygiene to ensure safety of self and others
• Avoiding social gatherings like meetings, weddings, birthday parties, etc.
• Setting up Hexaware health and well-being partner for employees needing emergency assistance
• Abiding by the latest Government updates
• Manager/ASDM/Unit Head and HRBP for ready guidance
• Enabling a Global Service Desk to support project teams in case they face connectivity challenges
• Timely communication through mailers stating Do’s and Don’ts for employees
