About the Event
Hexaware invites students, apprentices, graduates and insurance industry leaders to a landmark event connecting the next generation of talent with the professionals shaping the future of insurance.
This forum offers students a unique opportunity to explore the diverse and rewarding career paths available across the insurance sector, while giving industry leaders a platform to share their experience and inspire future talent.
As part of our continued commitment to the UK market, Hexaware recently announced a £25 million investment to expand our UK operations, including new R&D centres in Manchester and Leeds and an expanded delivery centre in Birmingham. This investment supports innovation in AI, digital services and quantum computing, while accelerating local talent development through the growth of our graduate and apprenticeship programmes.
We are proud to partner with Women in Banking and Finance (WIBF) to mark the launch of a dedicated WIBF Insurance Network, a new initiative to increase the number, visibility and influence of women in senior insurance roles across the UK.

About the WIBF Insurance Network
While Women in Banking and Finance (WIBF) has long championed the advancement of women across financial services, there has not previously been an equivalent network dedicated specifically to women in insurance. Hexaware is proud to support the creation of this new WIBF Insurance Network, with the ambition to:
- Create meaningful opportunities at every stage of women’s careers for professional development, leadership growth and industry influence.
- Elevate the voice of women across the industry to influence decisions, drive innovation and help shape the future of the insurance
