Hexaware Earns Silver Medal from EcoVadis for Sustainability Excellence

EcoVadis, a renowned global assessment platform, assesses the sustainability of companies across four crucial dimensions: environmental impact, labor and human rights standards, ethics, and procurement practices. EcoVadis has been assessing Hexaware’s ESG performance since 2019. We are proud to have achieved the Silver Medal from EcoVadis in 2024 and are placed in the 92nd percentile, a testament to our ongoing sustainability efforts.

Climate Targets Validated by SBTi

The Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), a corporate climate action organization, has officially validated our near-term and net-zero climate targets.
We’re committed to:
– Reaching net-zero emissions by 2040
– Reducing Scope 1 & 2 emissions by 42% by 2030
– Reducing Scope 3 emissions per employee by 51.6% by 2030

Environmental Disclosure Rated by CDP

CDP, a global independent environmental disclosure system, assessed our progress in climate action and water management. We received a B- rating for water security and a C rating for climate change. These scores reflect our transparency and early strides in managing environmental risks.

ESG Champions of India 2024

Hexaware was featured in Dun & Bradstreet’s “ESG Champions of India 2024” report, placing us among India’s Top 1000 Listed ESG Entities. This recognition reflects our commitment to embedding ESG principles deeply into our strategy and operations.

Sustainable Organization of the Year – 2024 & 2025

We were honored to receive the Sustainable Organization of the Year award for two years in a row at the UBS Forums Net Zero Summit & Awards. This award acknowledges our consistent efforts toward building a greener, more sustainable future.

Achilles Sustainability Silver Medal

Hexaware received a Silver Medal in the Achilles Sustainability Assessment—recognizing strong performance across ESG, cybersecurity, health & safety, and financial resilience. It reinforces our focus on transparency and trust across the supply chain.
