Hexaware is committed to building a climate-resilient, low-carbon business—advancing environmental conservation, reducing emissions, and driving environmental sustainability across all operations.
Our Environmental Responsibility and Sustainability Approach
Our environmental strategy spans every environmental dimension, including renewable energy use, energy efficiency, water stewardship, waste circularity, and biodiversity. We track carbon footprint reduction and embed sustainability into every decision, ensuring that climate change is addressed through innovation, accountability, and conservation-led action.
Renewable energy, electrified systems, and high-efficiency technology help optimize energy consumption and drive carbon footprint reduction across all Hexaware operations, reducing our contribution to climate change.
We compost, recycle, and reclaim materials—keeping as much as possible out of landfills. Over ninety percent of waste generated is diverted from landfill, and all campuses are free of single-use plastics.
Rain harvesting, closed-loop reuse, and efficient fixtures helping our progress toward water neutrality. These measures improve efficiency and reduce overall environmental impact across our operations globally.
Every Hexaware site is designed or retrofitted for low environmental impact, combining smart resource management, efficient building standards, and the pursuit of leading green-building certifications amid the climate crisis.
Our environmental strategy is driven by science-based targets and operational action. We embed climate thinking across our offices, platforms, and decisions to advance environmental sustainability and support the transition to low-carbon, sustainable models.
