A leading Port company with marine terminals across six continents required an easy to use HR interface for their workforce with limited skills and accessibility. The frequent changes in the Port business processes need to be addressed by the HR practices. The lack of data standardization received from the various port applications was a handicap. Hexaware implemented new custom modules in the Oracle E-business Suite along with integration with the existing core HR module. We also built interfaces to retrieve relevant data from Enterprise workforce planning, Terminal Operating System, HRMS and so on.
