Vinod Chandran (a.k.a. VC) is Hexaware’s Chief Operating Officer. VC is focused on driving performance and scalability of Hexaware’s operating model to enable sustainable growth. He leads several critical business areas globally, including Business Operations, Service Delivery Excellence, Talent Management, Employee Experience, IT, ESG, Enterprise Risk Management, Procurement, and Facilities.
In addition, he also owns the strategy and governance of multiple market-facing growth functions focused on maximizing opportunities for Hexaware in the market today, including Global Marketing, Corporate Development, and Digital ITO.
Before joining Hexaware in April 2015, he was at HCL Technologies for nearly 20 years where he built and led the North American IMS business from near-zero to over a billion dollars in revenue.
VC speaks five languages – English, Malayalam, Hindi, Tamil, and Kannada. He is based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, where he spends his time as a husband, dad, son, brother, angel investor, cook, NFL fan, and cricket enthusiast. He holds an MBA from XLRI (a top 3 business school in India).
