Intimation of Board Meeting

A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, November 3, 2015 to consider, inter alia:

• The audited consolidated and standalone financial results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2015 and
• Declaration of dividend on equity shares of the company.
