Now in its eighth year, the ISG Star of Excellence™ Awards program is based on ISG’s continuous Customer Experience (CX) research, which asks enterprises to rate their experiences with providers across six key dimensions: Collaboration and Transparency; Execution and Delivery; Innovation and Thought Leadership; Governance and Compliance; People and Cultural Fit; and Business Continuity and Flexibility.

All three recognitions—the ISG Star of Excellence™, the ISG Provider Lens® Awards, and the ISG Paragon Awards™ for EMEA—were presented at the ISG Sourcing Industry Awards ceremony held at Fairmont Windsor Park, London, on November 19, 2025. As part of the ISG Provider Lens® Awards at the event, Hexaware was named a Leader in Multi Public Cloud Services – UK 2024; Private/Hybrid Cloud – Data Center Services – UK 2025; and Salesforce Ecosystem Partners – UK 2025.
