Information Services Group (ISG), a leading global technology research and advisory firm, recognized Hexaware as CX star performer in the ISG Provider Lens™ Salesforce Ecosystem Partners 2024 Report.
Hexaware has been recognized as the first service provider to be named a CX Star Performer in 2024, solidifying our commitment to excellence! In the latest ISG Salesforce Ecosystem Partners report, Hexaware stood out with the highest customer experience score of 92, surpassing the industry average of 80.5. We were assessed against the six pillars of CX—execution and delivery, business continuity and flexibility, people and cultural fit, innovation and thought leadership, collaboration and transparency, and governance and compliance.
