Hexaware an Overall, Industry, and Emerging Tech Category Winner in the ISG Star of Excellence™ Awards

Hexaware has won the ISG Star of Excellence Award™ in three categories – Overall, Industry, and Emerging Tech. The ISG Star of Excellence Awards™ is the premiere industry recognition program for the technology and business services industry.

The ISG Star of Excellence Awards™ is the only program that ranks providers on the quality of their service based on direct customer feedback. It is produced and administered by Information Services Group (ISG), a leading global technology research and advisory firm. ISG is a trusted business partner and advisor to more than 800 clients, including more than 75 of the world’s top 100 enterprises.

Now in its fourth year, the ISG Star of Excellence Awards™ program is now based on ISG’s continuous CX research that asks enterprises to rate their experiences with hundreds of IT and business services providers on an ongoing basis, across six dimensions: Collaboration and Transparency; Execution and Delivery; Innovation and Thought Leadership; Governance and Compliance; People and Cultural Fit, and Business Continuity and Flexibility.

ISG’s CX data is now incorporated in the firm’s ISG Provider Lens™ research, which is used by ISG advisors and enterprise clients to evaluate service provider capabilities and inform the provider selection process.

Hexaware won the Overall ISG Star of Excellence Award™ due to its proven expertise and ability to deliver timely, high-quality work while accommodating client requirements. The top 30 participating service providers scored an average of 70.8 across the 6 evaluation criteria, whereas Hexaware – the highest scoring provider – scored 77.1 across all parameters. This demonstrates that our clients are extremely satisfied with Hexaware’s services.

Hexaware won the Award in the Industry category due to our strong understanding of compliance and regulation, industry trends and norms, and for adapting to the client’s work culture and preferred communication channels. Travel, transportation and leisure (84.7), Financial Service (80.8), and Business Services (81.7) are the industries where business leaders gave them the highest recommendation score.

Hexaware won the Award in the Emerging Tech category due to our clients’ satisfaction with our ability to use emerging technologies to deliver services, as well as our ability to help charter their digital transformation roadmap in the midst of the pandemic. In addition, Hexaware received high scores for identifying specific features, processes, or functions for continuous improvement.
