SONIC: Skills, Certifications, and Club Synergy
SONIC is HexaVarsity’s flagship skills and certification program, giving every Hexawarian access to 1,000+ external certifications, 350+ curated learning paths, hackathons, and unlimited reimbursement. Participants earn points at key milestones, with bonuses from 3,000–12,000 points. Club Synergy, part of SONIC, enables peer learning through domain-led sessions, communities, and knowledge sharing beyond formal training.
Mavericks: Graduate Talent Program at Hexaware
Mavericks is HexaVarsity’s graduate talent program, transforming engineering and non-engineering graduates into skilled Hexawarians. The program blends structured onboarding, hands-on project exposure, mentorship, and skill-building modules tailored to each graduate’s track. Built on the belief that early investment creates the strongest talent pipeline, Mavericks equips graduates with the foundation to grow quickly, innovate, and contribute from day one.
HFLX: Fast-Track Management Trainee Program
Hexaware Future Leaders and Executives (HFLX) is HexaVarsity’s fast-track management trainee program for high-potential graduates from leading business schools. Participants gain accelerated exposure through structured projects and cross-functional rotations across business units, immersing them in Hexaware’s culture, operations, and client environments. Through the STRIDE initiative, HFLXers access curated courses from leading global institutes, accelerating their leadership journey.
Leadership Development for Future Leaders
Ignite builds Hexaware’s next generation of senior leaders through three core interventions: Agile Leadership Simulation 2.0, which develops decision-making under pressure; Solution Mindset 2.0, which sharpens strategic thinking; and LEAP 3.0, Hexaware’s signature leadership acceleration program. Customer-centric Learning Academy
Customer-centric Talent Development (CTaDel) is HexaVarsity’s account-specific learning academy model, building client-level expertise where it matters most.
