We respect your confidentiality. However, to facilitate the review of complaints under the Prevention of Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 (POSH Act), complainants, including Ex-employees, vendors, customers, and other third parties, are required to disclose their identity and provide valid contact details. All information shared will be handled with strict confidentiality in accordance with applicable laws and internal procedures.

The disclosure can be made to the Whistleblower Custodian / any of the Whistleblower Committee members through the channels below.

 

Hexaware Website

Use the Whistleblower reporting tool available on the Hexaware website.

Email Complaint

Send an email to the Whistleblower Custodian or any Whistleblower Committee member at their email addresses, or email whistleblower@hexaware.com.

Written Complaint

Submit a written complaint by dropping it into the Whistleblower drop box at your location. This facility is available to Hexaware employees only.

Drop Box facility is available at the following locations:

 

India

  • Mumbai: 1st Floor, North Wing, Bldg. 152, next to the LTA / medical reimbursement drop-box
  • Pune: 1st Floor, Admin area
  • Noida: Reception area
  • Bangalore: Finance Manager’s cabin
  • Chennai: Help Center, near the main reception area

If a drop box is not available at your location, send an email to the address above or courier / post a written complaint to: Whistleblower Custodian / Whistleblower Committee / Chief Operating Officer, Hexaware Technologies Limited, No. H5, Sipcot IT Park, Siruseri, Kancheepuram District, Tamil Nadu, India, PIN – 603103.

A disclosure may also be made to the immediate supervisor (if there is no potential conflict of interest) who will forward it to the Whistleblower Custodian.

The Whistleblower Custodian or any Whistleblower Committee member will acknowledge receipt and confirm that the matter will be investigated.

The Whistleblower Custodian or the Whistleblower Committee will share updates in due course, in line with the whistleblowing procedure.

Protection and No Retaliation

 

No unfair treatment will be meted out to a whistleblower because they have reported a complaint under this policy. Hexaware, as a policy, condemns any kind of discrimination, harassment, victimization, or any other unfair employment practice being adopted against the whistleblower.

Accordingly, Hexaware will provide complete protection against unfair practices, harassment, biased behavior, or any direct or indirect use of authority that obstructs a whistleblower’s right to continue performing their duties. The identity of the whistleblower will be kept confidential.

If you believe that you have been retaliated against for reporting concerns pertaining to real or perceived wrongdoings, you should report it in accordance with this policy. Allegations of retaliation will be investigated and addressed under this policy.

Any other person assisting in an investigation or furnishing evidence will also be protected to the same extent as the whistleblower.
