Hexaware, a global IT solutions and services provider, has won three categories at the ETHR Future Skills and Employee Experience Awards 2025. The company was recognized for Best Learning Culture in an Organization – Small & Medium-Sized Enterprises, Best Soft Skill Development Program, and Exceptional Employee Experience – Small & Mid-Size.
The Best Learning Culture award acknowledges Hexaware’s approach to integrating structured, role-based learning into daily operations. Programs such as SONIC, the company’s learning framework, and Synergy, a peer-led knowledge-sharing platform, are supported by instructor-led sessions, hackathons, and defined certification tracks. These initiatives are designed to build relevant skills aligned with business priorities.
The Soft Skill Development Program award was presented for Hexaware’s work in strengthening leadership and behavioral competencies across roles. The program emphasizes communication, collaboration, emotional intelligence, and decision-making, which are key areas for individual and team performance.
Vinod Chandran, Chief Operating Officer, Hexaware, added, “These recognitions are the result of deliberate choices around talent, culture, and capability-building. They affirm our belief that consistent execution, not slogans, shapes outcomes for both people and business.”
Satyendu Mohanty, EVP & Global Head – Talent Management & Hexavarsity, Hexaware, said, “We’ve focused on building learning programs that are practical, measurable, and business-aligned. These awards reflect the impact of those programs at scale and the commitment of our teams to continuously learn and deliver value to our customers.”
