Hexaware Named Global Most Trusted Brand at The Global Brand and Leadership Conclave & Awards 2026
March 12, 2026
Hexaware Technologies, a global provider of digital and IT solutions, has been named “Global Most Trusted Brand” by The Brand Story at the Global Brand and Leadership Conclave & Awards 2026, following its recognition as the Most Trusted Brand of the Nation last year. Ernst & Young LLP (EY) are the official tabulators for the awards.
The conclave brings together business leaders and high-performing brands to recognize organizations that have built lasting credibility with their customers, employees, and communities. The Brand Story evaluates brands across trust, leadership, and performance, looking beyond market presence to how companies consistently deliver value.
Hexaware’s differentiation is clear: AI-first, with human-led intelligence perfected for enterprise delivery. For the company, AI is part of how work is designed and executed, helping teams navigate complex systems while judgment, accountability, and responsibility stay with people.
This approach is guided by Hexaware’s purpose of creating smiles through great people and technology, shaping how the company builds capability and shows up for clients over time. Internally, Hexaware looks at independent feedback, the depth and continuity of its client relationships, and whether customers choose to expand the scope of work together, reading those signals as the most meaningful markers of trust.
R Srikrishna, CEO and Executive Director, Hexaware, said, “Winning the Most Trusted Brand recognition matters to us because it reflects how customers judge Hexaware over years of working together, not a single engagement. It also tells us that the way we are bringing AI into our work – in a practical, human-guided way that improves outcomes and reliability – is earning their confidence.”
Nidhi Alexander, Chief Marketing Officer, Hexaware, added, “For our brand, this recognition is valuable because it is rooted in how customers experience Hexaware in real engagements. It tells us that the story we are building around trust and responsibility is supported by what clients see from our teams every day.”
The felicitation ceremony will be held at the House of Lords, UK Parliament, London on June 5, 2026.
