Hexaware CEO Wins Asia’s Most Promising Business Leaders Honor for Fourth Year Running
March 27, 2026
R. Srikrishna, CEO and Executive Director of Hexaware Technologies (NSE: HEXT), a global provider of IT solutions and services, has been named one of Asia’s Most Promising Business Leaders at the Times NOW Asian Business Leaders Conclave 2026. He has now received this honor four years in a row.
The Times Now Asian Business Leaders Conclave honors trailblazers who are driving economic growth and innovation across the region. The award recognizes executives who have demonstrated exceptional leadership and measurable impact in their respective industries.
The past year has seen Hexaware make considerable strides under his leadership. Brand Finance’s IT Services 25 2026 report placed the company among the world’s Top 25 IT services brands — the second year it has featured in the ranking — and called out Hexaware as the second-fastest-growing Indian IT services brand by brand value. That brand value has climbed about 140% in the last five years and is now within striking distance of the USD 1 billion mark. Hexaware also holds an AA+ brand strength rating, ranking it 7th among Indian IT services brands and 14th globally.
Some of the recent highlights under his direction include:
- Record IPO: Returned to public markets in February 2025 through a USD 1 billion (₹8,750 Crore) offering. It was the largest IPO by an IT services company in India, and the biggest tech services listing globally in more than a decade.
- Global Expansion: Opened a new global business headquarters in Jersey City, New Jersey, inaugurated a new UK headquarters in London, and launched a delivery center in Cairo.
- Strategic Acquisitions: SMC Squared added depth in Global Capability Center consulting, while CyberSolve strengthened identity and access management expertise.
- Partnerships: Expanded the relationship with AWS to accelerate cloud adoption and modernization. Entered a strategic collaboration with Replit to enable secure Vibe Coding for enterprises. Expanded work with Google Cloud, Fixie.ai, and Abluva across AI and other initiatives.
- ESG: Earned an EcoVadis Gold Medal, placing it in the top 5% globally; net-zero targets were validated by SBTi; and received an S&P Global sustainability score of 83/10.
“Receiving this recognition for the fourth year in a row is meaningful because it speaks to consistency, not a one-off moment,” said R. Srikrishna. “I accept it as a reflection of the teams that do the hard work that clients actually feel, and the clients who hold us to a higher bar year after year. That mindset is what got us here, and it’s what will keep us honest as we go after what’s next, whether that’s scaling AI across the enterprise, building out new markets, or running a business our people are proud to be part of.”
An IIT Madras and IIM Calcutta alumnus, Srikrishna has spent over 25 years in the IT industry. He was also recognized as one of India’s Impactful CEOs for two consecutive years at the ET Edge Conclave.
