Role Name 1: Workday Finance Functional Consultant
Mandatory Skills: Financial reporting, financial planning, and analysis
Experience: 10–16 Years
Job Description:
- Proficient in multiple financial processes like AP, AR, financial reporting, financial planning, and analysis.
- Advise clients on industry standards and leading best practices for Workday projects and AMS/support.
- Work with business teams/SMEs to identify business requirements, develop functional and process designs, perform prototype testing, provide training, and define support procedures.
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on Workday Financials experience, preferably including implementation, rollouts, and AMS.

Role Name 2: Workday Finance Integration Consultant
Mandatory Skills: Perform impact analysis, design integration build, test integrations, and build new integrations
Experience: 10–16 Years
Job Description:
- Gather integration requirements, consult key users for integration requirements, perform impact analysis, and design integration.
- Schedule and monitor integrations, change and test integrations, and build new integrations.
- Be an expert in HCM processes, data mapping, jobs, organization, compensation, leave, paid time off, benefits, performance setup, etc.

Role Name 3: Workday HCM Integration Consultant
Mandatory Skills: Workday Finance integration, Workday Studio, finance accounting, procure-to-pay, supplier, and customer accounts
Experience: 10–16 Years
Job Description:
- Demonstrated proficiency in Workday Finance integration development utilizing the Workday SDLC project lifecycle, encompassing discovery, planning, architecting/prototyping, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
- Capable of resolving integration issues necessitating deep expertise in Workday Studio (mandatory), Core Connector, EIB, adaptive, and banking Integration.
- Comprehensive understanding of the Workday Finance module, including finance accounting, procure-to-pay, supplier, and customer accounts.
- Possession of Workday certification in both Workday Finance integration and Workday Studio is mandatory.

Role Name 4: Workday HCM Functional Consultant
Mandatory Skills: Workday Functional Modules: Absence, Time Tracking, Recruiting & payroll.
Experience: 10–16 Years
Job Description:
- Demonstrated proficiency in at least one of the Workday Functional modules, such as Absence, Time Tracking, Recruiting, or Payroll.
- Sound understanding of staffing events and transactions within Workday.
- Capability to contribute to the design, configuration, and implementation of creative solutions.
