Nidhi Alexander serves as the Chief Marketing Officer at Hexaware, spearheading the development and elevation of the brand while propelling growth across its expansive array of technology services and platforms. She is responsible for brand management, content creation, digital marketing, social media engagement, corporate initiatives, analyst and media relations, market research, field marketing, and omnichannel demand generation.

In her inaugural year as CMO, she orchestrated a comprehensive brand refresh, infusing a fresh aesthetic and unveiling a modernized, user-centric website that resonates with contemporary audiences. This bold initiative underscores Nidhi’s visionary leadership and her dedication to shaping Hexaware’s identity for the future.

Before taking on her current role of CMO, Nidhi anchored market influencer relationships globally for Hexaware. Under Nidhi’s stewardship, Hexaware experienced a remarkable transformation in its market positioning. Within two years, she completely transformed Hexaware’s position across rankings from the industry analyst community. Additionally, Nidhi played a pivotal role in establishing a robust sales channel through advisor-led engagements, augmenting Hexaware’s market reach and revenue streams.

With a distinguished career spanning over two and a half decades, Nidhi is widely acknowledged as a luminary in the marketing realm, celebrated for her track record of delivering groundbreaking outcomes. Her multifaceted expertise encompasses brand development, analyst and advisor collaborations, field marketing initiatives, academic affiliations, employer branding endeavors, as well as a rich background in journalism and television production.

Before Hexaware, she was in leadership positions in firms like Infosys and Mindtree. She is a recipient of the Chairman’s award at Infosys, Mindtree, and Polaris. Commencing her career in journalism with Star Television (News Corp), Nidhi contributed to an array of award-winning news and current affairs programs, including Focus Asia, National Geographic Today, Star Talk, and Prime Minister’s Speak.

Nidhi is an alumna of Jesus and Mary College, Delhi University, where she earned a degree in English Literature, and holds a Masters in English Journalism from the Indian Institute of Mass Communication, Delhi. She lives in Bridgewater, New Jersey, with her husband and two children.
