A leading Port company with marine terminals across six continents needed an easy to use HR interface for their workforce with limited skills and accessibility. The HR practices needed to address the frequent changes in the Port business processes. There was also lack of data standardization received from the various port applications. Hexaware implemented new custom modules in the Oracle E-business Suite along with integration with the existing core HR module. We also built interfaces to retrieve relevant data from Enterprise workforce planning, Terminal Operating System, HRMS and so on.
