Hexaware Technologies has been named a Most Preferred Workplace 2026-27 by Team Marksmen Network at the sixth edition of the program, held in Mumbai under the theme “The Human Dividend — Capitalizing on Culture.”
Working with its research partner, Coherent Market Insights, Team Marksmen Network evaluated employers through an industry-wide study, scoring them across eight dimensions, including employee experience, workplace culture, leadership and purpose, adaptability, and sustainability.
HexaVarsity, Hexaware’s learning platform, sits at the center of the company’s approach to employee development. Through the flagship SONIC program, employees have access to more than 1,000 certifications with unlimited reimbursement. In the past year alone, employees completed more than 44,000 advanced certifications, and 81% of the technology workforce received digital training. Development pathways span every career stage, from Mavericks for graduate hires and Hexaware Future Leaders & Executives for management trainees to Ignite for experienced managers preparing for senior leadership roles.
As part of its workforce goals, Hexaware is working toward 40% women in its workforce by 2030. StrongHer Up supports women returning to technology careers after a break, while Rising Women@Hexaware connects high-potential women with mentors as they prepare for leadership roles.
A broader focus on employee wellbeing supports learning and inclusion. Through FITHexaware, employees have access to sports and fitness initiatives, work-life balance resources, and healthcare support. The Wellness Corner App provides virtual consultations and wellness sessions for employees and their families. Hexaware also supports employee-led communities such as Women@Hexaware and Allies to PRIDE.
The recognition adds to a series of recent workplace honors for Hexaware, including the WOW Workplace Award and a place on the World HRD Congress list of Top 50 Happy Companies to Work For.
“Skilling has been one of the biggest investments we have made as a company, and recognition like this tells us we are on the right track,” said Vinod Chandran, Chief Operating Officer, Hexaware. “Teams that keep growing tend to deliver better for clients, and the two are hard to separate.”
“A workplace people rate highly is also a brand the market trusts,” said Nidhi Alexander, Chief Marketing Officer, Hexaware. “We are pleased to see that connection recognized through this award.”
For Hexaware, building a workplace where people can learn, grow, and belong remains an ongoing priority.
