Hexaware Named an Exceptional Performer for Overall Client Satisfaction in Whitelane Research’s 2025/2026 Europe IT Sourcing Study

Hexaware has been named an Exceptional Performer for Overall Client Satisfaction in the Whitelane Research 2025/2026 IT Sourcing Study Europe, earning an 82% satisfaction score from clients across the region.
Whitelane Research’s Europe study is one of the region’s most extensive independent benchmarks of IT sourcing satisfaction. The 2025/2026 study gathered feedback from more than 2,500 respondents from top IT-spending organizations across Europe, covering nearly 7,000 sourcing relationships. A total of 37 IT service providers were ranked based on client opinion.
Hexaware’s 82% general satisfaction score was among the highest in the study and six points above the European market average. The result also builds on Hexaware’s steady progress in client satisfaction across the Europe study for three consecutive years.
Beyond the headline score, clients also rated Hexaware highly in Application Services, with strong marks for the quality of its service delivery and account management, and for pricing that lines up with the market. The results reflect clients’ confidence in Hexaware’s ability to deliver consistently across complex transformation initiatives.
