Vijay Raghavan is the Senior Vice President and Head of Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa at Hexaware. A seasoned business and technology leader, Vijay brings more than 20 years of experience driving growth, transformation, and market expansion across international markets.

Since joining Hexaware in 2016, Vijay has consistently delivered strategic growth, led complex transformation programs, and developed key ecosystem partnerships, while building high-performing teams that have contributed significantly to the company’s success.

Vijay holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
