Hexaware Wins ET Edge Best Organisations for Women Award for the Fourth Consecutive Year

March 28, 2026

Hexaware Technologies [NSE: HEXT], a global provider of digital and IT solutions, has been recognized as one of ET Edge’s Best Organisations for Women for the fourth year in a row, continuing a track record that reflects how the company approaches inclusion, not as a program to run but as a standard to maintain.

The award recognizes organizations that have created workplaces where women can grow, lead, and thrive. For Hexaware, that work happens at every level, from how it hires and develops talent to the networks and communities it has built across the globe.

Women@Hexaware, one of the company’s employee resource groups, for instance, has grown into an active global network with chapters across multiple geographies, running programs that span leadership development, AI skilling, personal branding, financial literacy, health and wellness, and community outreach. The focus on technical and AI readiness reflects Hexaware’s broader commitment to ensuring women are equally represented in the roles shaping how the industry is moving.

The company has also structured its policies around how women actually work and what they need at different stages of their careers, including sabbaticals and flexible  shift arrangements for those returning from maternity leave, so that coming back to work is a real option, not just a policy on paper.

Beyond the network, Rising Women@Hexaware—the company’s dedicated leadership development program built around peer learning, mentoring, and coaching—is set to return with a refreshed format. The Global Allyship Campaign and Conversation Circles run year-round and keep the conversation on gender and inclusion active well outside of designated moments in the calendar.

R. Srikrishna, CEO and Executive Director, Hexaware, said: “Being recognized for four years in a row shows this is not a one-off. It reflects how we work. The programs play a role, but what really makes the difference is the culture our people have built, where supporting each other’s growth is simply part of everyday work.

Hariharan Srinivasan, Interim Chief People Officer, Hexaware, said: “The chapters, conversations and peer learning reflect the steady focus at Hexaware on building an environment where people can develop and progress. That consistency over time is what makes the difference.”

Hexaware will continue to strengthen its inclusion programs in the year ahead, with a particular focus on leadership pipelines and ensuring women are at the center of an AI-led approach where human intelligence and judgment remain at the core.
