Hexaware Named a Leader in the ISG Provider Lens® Multi Public Cloud Services 2025 US Quadrant Report

December 15, 2025

Information Services Group (ISG), a leading global technology research and advisory firm, has named Hexaware a Leader in two quadrants of the latest ISG Provider Lens® Multi Public Cloud Services study:

  • Consulting and Transformation Services – Midmarket
  • Managed Services – Midmarket

According to ISG, the study assesses providers that help enterprises modernize, secure, manage and scale multicloud and AI-native environments through consulting, transformation and managed services, including FinOps, AIOps, GenAI and cloud-native platforms.

Across the overall study, ISG evaluated 63 providers. Of these:

  • 30 qualified for the Consulting and Transformation Services – Midmarket quadrant, with eight identified as Leaders: Coforge, Hexaware, Hitachi Digital Services, Innova Solutions, Mphasis, Persistent, Rackspace Technology, and Unisys.
  • 27 qualified for the Managed Services – Midmarket quadrant, with nine identified as Leaders: Coforge, Hexaware, Hitachi Digital Services, Microland, Mphasis, Persistent, Rackspace Technology, Unisys, and Innova Solutions.

The report highlights several areas where Hexaware is differentiated for midmarket enterprises in the U.S. and globally.

Consulting and Transformation Services – Midmarket

ISG positions Hexaware as a Leader in midmarket consulting and transformation based on its platform-engineering-led approach to modernization and its AI-infused toolchain. The report notes that Hexaware has:

  • An AI-enabled platform engineering model that provides self-service, policy-as-code guardrails and infrastructure-as-code developer platforms to standardize modernization and reduce friction between technology and business teams.
  • Dual modernization accelerators in its Amaze® and RapidX™ platforms. Amaze® combines rules-based and GenAI capabilities for assessment and code transformation, while RapidX™ supports architecture redesign by pairing reverse engineering with AI-assisted forward engineering.
  • Industry-specific modernization blueprints, particularly for Kubernetes-based workloads on AWS, Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure, using reference architectures and accelerators to reduce total cost of ownership and improve time to market for U.S. midmarket enterprises.

The study also references Hexaware’s work in the U.S., including platform engineering pilots and modernization-led cloud migrations that focus on measurable business outcomes.

Managed Services – Midmarket

In the Managed Services – Midmarket quadrant, ISG cites Hexaware’s evolution toward AI-native and automation-first operations across multicloud estates. Key strengths called out in the report include:

  • AI-first CloudOps with Tensai® and Amaze® – Hexaware’s platforms combine full-stack observability with AI- and ML-driven correlation, self-healing and GenAI-enabled ticket handling. The report notes the use of more than 750 bots for proactive remediation and knowledge creation, helping reduce incidents and accelerate resolution.
  • Resiliency automation at scale – Hexaware automates disaster recovery and failover/failback across complex estates using repeatable pipelines instead of one-off scripts. ISG cites U.S. enterprises where automated data center builds and one-click DR helped achieve high resiliency levels, faster time to market and lower TCO.
  • Embedded FinOps practices – Hexaware integrates FinOps deeply into its managed services, providing real-time cost visibility, AI-driven predictions, anomaly detection, reserved-capacity planning and chargeback/showback mechanisms. The study notes reported cost-optimization potential in the 20–30 percent range for clients.

ISG also points to Hexaware’s strengthened hyperscaler partnerships in managed services, including AWS Premier Tier Services Partner status, the AWS Data & Analytics Competency, and expanded partnerships with Microsoft and Google. The report notes that Hexaware’s global business headquarters in New Jersey enhance onshore leadership and delivery proximity for U.S. clients.

Together, these recognitions in the Consulting and Transformation Services – Midmarket and Managed Services – Midmarket quadrants reflect ISG’s independent assessment of Hexaware’s role in helping midmarket enterprises modernize and operate multicloud and AI-native environments with an AI- and automation-first approach.
