Role 1: Workday Consultant – Integration
Mandatory Skills: Workday Studio, BIRT reporting, EIB, & Core Connectors.
Experience: 4 to 14 Years
Job Description:
- Over 4 years of experience working in Workday.
- Completed at least one full implementation of Workday, with demonstrated expertise in Workday technical components and integrations.
- Experienced in building Workday integrations using Workday Studio, BIRT reporting, EIB, and Core Connectors.
- Proficient in working with web services and APIs, including WSDL, SOAP, REST, and WS standards.
- Skilled in Workday reporting tools such as Report Writer, Worksheets, Calculated Fields, and Dashboards.

Role 2: Workday Consultant – Reports
Mandatory Skills: Matrix, Composite, Prism, Advanced & Custom.
Experience: 4 to 14 Years
Job Description:
- Over 4 years of experience working in Workday.
- Should have worked as a Technical Consultant in Workday reports, calculated fields, and dashboards.
- Experience in PRISM is an added advantage.
- Ability to analyze issues and prioritize support calls to meet SLA requirements.
- Experience in migrating reports.
- Proficient in requirement gathering, preparing understanding/requirement documents, effort estimation, and creating functional design documents.

Role 3: Workday Consultant – Extend
Mandatory Skills: MDS, Power Platform & Plugin.
Experience: 4 to 14 Years
Job Description:
- Over 4 years of experience working in Workday.
- Led the design and architecture of custom applications utilizing Workday Extend, ensuring seamless integration with Workday’s core functionalities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements, translating them into technical specifications and design blueprints.
- Develop and implement scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions within the Workday ecosystem.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Workday functional consultants, developers, and project managers, to ensure the successful delivery of custom applications.
Job Location: Coimbatore/Chennai/Mumbai/Pune/Bangalore/Noida
Role 4: Workday Consultant – Security
Mandatory Skills: LWC, Apex, Aura & Lighting.
Experience: 4 to 14 Years
Job Description:
- Over 4 years of experience working in Workday.
- Strong knowledge of Workday security with hands-on experience in Workday security configuration across all areas, including role-based access.
- Complete assigned mandatory training within the specified timelines.
- Ability to analyze and resolve user concerns and educate users on the resolutions.
- Capable of working cross-functionally with other teams.
- Ability to understand and identify business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
