The client is a leading global biopharmaceutical services organization with operations across 20 countries, with more than 20,000 employees. They had transformed their HR applications with Oracle HCM Cloud support (Oracle Fusion and Taleo Cloud). However, they later found it difficult to maintain the applications and needed Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management functional and technical support to handle its growing workforce.
