Our client faced several key challenges in delivering a consistent, engaging digital experience to candidates. To recruit top talent, they recognized the importance of reaching candidates across multiple digital channels, particularly mobile platforms.

The company wanted a unified global platform that could provide consistent user experience while allowing for localization to attract local talent in different regions. Once engaged, they aimed to efficiently onboard candidates and manage assignments, providing a seamless experience.

Also, they required a design that could support personalized, location-based, and skill-specific information to increase candidate engagement.

To reimagine the candidate experience in the recruitment process, Hexaware worked with the client to define the strategy and vision for the solution by identifying the following goals:

To realize this vision, we developed native mobile applications on all popular mobile platforms: iOS, Android, and Windows. The apps leveraged the social and location features on devices for improving candidate experience and engagement.
