Hexaware achieved outstanding ESG adoption scores in the Neo Group ESG Adoption Survey Report 2022, positioning us as a leader among IT and business service providers in both Operational-Performative Alignment and Cultural-Attitudinal Alignment.

EcoVadis, a renowned global assessment platform, assesses the sustainability of companies across four crucial dimensions: environmental impact, labor and human rights standards, ethics, and procurement practices. EcoVadis has been assessing Hexaware’s ESG performance since 2019. We are proud to have achieved the Silver Medal from EcoVadis in 2024 and are placed in 92nd percentile, a testament to our ongoing sustainability efforts.

Sustainalytics, a Morningstar Company, rates the sustainability of listed companies based on ESG performance. In 2023, Sustainalytics ranked Hexaware 6th out of 1,105 software and services companies globally. Our score of 10.1 indicates low risk.
