In the #ReImagineTrust series, we started the journey of exploring the concept of Trust in Technology and Professional Services with our first white paper. Now, we bring to you the second white paper of the series, wherein we intend to explore the Role of Technology in the Trust Cycle of Professional Services industry.
We believe that the Professional Services industry is based on a cycle of trust that comprises certain elements like Inputs, Analysis, Decisions, Impact and Action and they all are encircled by a Learning and Feedback loop. Each of these elements either increase or decrease trust depending on the way the situation is handled, the person handling it, the circumstances under which they are handled and finally the results derived. This is similar to the concept of a Value Chain for any industry which describes how an industry is structured and how each step in the process adds value to the whole chain.
