A leading investment group with diverse business interests across real estate development, oil & gas, healthcare, management and IT was growing rapidly since 2004 but their business processes didn’t keep pace with the changing dynamics. For instance, HR, finance, and payroll were still maintained by them in paper-based systems. There was limited to no visibility into the employee data and no operational transparency of the company.
