The client, one of the largest retailers in Europe, operates several brands for home electronics, house-hold appliances, PCs, smart phones, etc. with over 36,000 employees across 900 stores.

The retailer was acquiring many companies and hence, as a result, was having its HR processes in different systems. To offer the retailer a consistent employee experience across geographies, Hexaware implemented SAP Payroll and SAP Time Management and moved Talent Management and Core HCM to SuccessFactors.
