Abu Dhabi University (ADU) is a private university housing close to 7000+ students across their 3 campuses in UAE. Their previously used ERP systems, CRM and student information systems were found lacking in several areas. The university partnered with Hexaware for a holistic IT solution to encompass all their technological needs. PeopleSoft (PS) CRM was not only implemented but also customized to their local country requirements. Data from the Legacy CRM was migrated to PS CRM. Additionally, new enhancements were deployed such as PS Campus Online application Bolt-On, Student Financial-Aid Bolt-On and also Infrastructure services like High availability Server environment in the infrastructure management services (IMS) space was put into place. These implementations have resulted in significant monetary savings and streamlining of processes bringing in several efficiencies for Abu Dhabi University.
