A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, April 29, 2015 to consider, inter alia:

1. the audited consolidated and standalone financial results of the Company for the quarter ended March 31, 2015
2. consider payment of interim dividend on equity shares of the company.
