Senthil Nayagam K

Senthil Nayagam is Corporate Vice President at Hexaware, leading Change Management for ongoing Digital Transformation programs. In this capacity, he plays a pivotal role in preparing the organization to adapt to new processes and systems, ensuring a smooth transition and enabling Hexaware to realize the full business value of the program.

With over 20 years at Hexaware, Senthil has held several key leadership positions, including Global Head of Talent Supply, Global Head of the Manufacturing & Consumer Vertical, Head of Key Accounts Delivery, and Head of the ERP Practice. He brings over 32 years of experience in the IT industry, including leadership roles in GE Software and Sierra Atlantic before joining Hexaware.

Senthil holds a Commerce degree from Delhi University and is a Chartered Accountant.
