Rajesh Balasubramanian is Hexaware’s Head of the Talent Supply Chain.
He brings over 25 years of diverse leadership experience and expertise to enhancing talent supply chain processes and plays a significant role in continuously advancing our ability to scale rapidly.
Rajesh has had an outstanding professional journey, with significant roles at companies like Mphasis, Accolite, Cognizant, PACCAR, CGI & Ness. In his previous position at Mphasis, he was the Global Head of Talent Acquisition & Strategic Resourcing, overseeing all external hiring.
Rajesh holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Madras and has lived and worked in Singapore, the US, and India. He is currently based in Chennai.
