Nita Nambiar

Nita Nambiar is Hexaware’s Chief People Officer.

Nita is focused on shaping HR practices and fostering a culture of growth and empowerment to steer Hexaware toward a brighter future.

Nita has an impressive Human Resources background of more than 21 years. Before joining Hexaware in 2023, she had a distinguished journey of almost 19 years at Cognizant, where she was part of the largest ERP implementation, set up and led Global HR Shared Services, led the HRBP portfolio for large delivery units, and managed change and transition during AVM as well as Program Management career track creation across the organization. She was the Global Inclusion lead in her last role.

Based in Chennai, Nita graduated from Presidency College, Kolkata, and holds a full-time HR degree from XLRI Jamshedpur. Nita is also certified in Six Sigma, MBTI, and GPHR.

Nita believes in the power of human networks, and her motto is to “Do the Right and Never the Easy.”
