The client is a US-based leader in managed Medicaid and other healthcare solutions with 4+ Million members and $5+ billion in revenue. They specialize in providing healthcare solutions for all age groups across varied income categories.

Challenge

The client relied on outdated on-premises datacenters prone to outages and lacking scalability. Their infrastructure could not keep pace with growing member data and performance needs. Recovery from failures took too long. There was no self-service catalog. Managing infrastructure required excessive manual processes.

Solution

Hexaware designed and built two new highly automated datacenters on robust Cisco/HPE infrastructure with high-performance Pure Storage flash arrays. We implemented 1:1 automated DR synchronization. Hexaware instituted its Automation Factory to transform IT operations. We migrated Office 365 with full automation and created a service catalog.
