Nita Nambiar is the Chief People Officer of our Company. She has been associated with our Company since October 2023. She holds a bachelor’s degree in arts (honors) from the University of Calcutta and a postgraduate diploma in personnel management and industrial relations from XLRI, Jamshedpur. She is responsible for shaping human resources practices and fostering a culture of growth and empowerment in the Company. She was previously associated with Cognizant Technology Solutions India Private Limited, Standard Chartered Bank, and HCL Technologies Limited.
