Mehdi Goodarzi

Mehdi Goodarzi is the Global Head of the AI Business Unit at Hexaware Technologies. He leads the firm’s Generative, Agentic, and Physical AI strategy, focusing on enterprise copilots, intelligent automation, and AI-native platforms that deliver measurable business impact.

Before joining Hexaware, Mehdi co-founded the Digital & Generative AI Practice at Alvarez & Marsal, where he worked with private equity firms and portfolio companies to accelerate value creation through AI-led digital transformation.

He has also held senior roles at Accenture and Nokia, building capabilities in industrial AI, smart manufacturing, and cloud-based IoT platforms, bridging operational systems with data innovation.
