One of the world’s largest asset managers with over $700 Billion in Assets Under Management(AUM), was exploring new business distribution models. More so because it had recently acquired 82% stake in an online robo-adviser tool and wanted to offer futuristic, technology-enabled investment advice.
The client had an existing web-based portal and a traditional online robo-adviser. But the user interface was dull and outdated. Also, the platform did not offer a single portfolio view or option for opening accounts. As a result, most of the users left the portal mid-way through their journeys.
Hexaware resurrected an intuitive robo-advisory app that could be easily adopted by both first-time visitors as well as seasoned investors. The app offered;
- Contextual information
- Single view of portfolio
- Goal summary screen
- Simulations of future potential of various current and hypothecated investments
- Gamified experience
