Book Closure for Interim Dividend

We wish to inform you that the date for closure of Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company for the purpose of AGM has been revised. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company for the purpose of AGM shall now be closed on Wednesday, May 6, 2015.

The book closure for interim dividend to be declared at the Board Meeting to be held on April 29, 2015 is also fixed as May 6, 2015 to ascertain the number of shareholders of the Company entitled for the payment of interim dividend.
