President & Global Head - Customer Experience Transformation
Sandeep has joined us as the president of the Customer Experience Transformation Business Unit. His role will be pivotal in leveraging Hexaware’s full suite of capabilities, contributing to the growth of its super horizontal customer experience transformation; to help our clients build customer intimacy as a differentiator and a competitive advantage.
As a professional with 30 years of work experience across multiple industries like banking, retail, IT and business process management, he has rich experience in working internationally in cross-cultural teams across Asia, Europe and the Americas. Sandeep joins us from Capgemini, where he has worked as the Chief Operating Officer. During his stint, he exhibited proven capability in running and rapidly scaling up businesses, driving innovation and leading organizational change. Prior to that, he was the CEO of Tesco HSC, the 7000 people strong operations and technology hub for Tesco worldwide. Sandeep has also worked with Sapient, India as the Managing Director and was responsible for leading a 5000+ team of IT engineers, software developers and technology architects. The team delivered cutting edge platforms for e-commerce, mobile commerce and digital marketing.
Sandeep has a bachelor’s degree in Physics from the University of Delhi and an MBA from IMT Ghaziabad. He is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at the Wharton Business School.
