Available resumes are screened to see if they meet the minimum expectancy standards. Short listed candidates are called for technical and HR interview before selection.
Once the profile is short-listed, the person is called for a HR Discussion. If the person is short listed by HR, he/she is called for a Technical Discussion. A final interview with the Departmental Unit Head concludes the interview process and if selected, the offer letter is issued.
Pay scales are on par with the best standards in the industry and is worked out based on the profile of the candidate and the position he/she is joining as.
You will need to clear a standard medical test. You will be briefed upon this once you are selected and have collected your offer letter from the concerned HR person.

Hexaware Technologies has a structured induction and orientation program for all new employees. You will be introduced to the organization and the induction program will begin from the first day itself. You would also be expected to bring a number of credential documents, the details of which would be specified in your offer letter.
