Created an intuitive Workday custom inbox filter for one the largest Insurance provider, that helped in saving around 34,000 USD and 4200 efforts per year. Customer’s HR Shared Services(HRSS) team was involved in routing and completing their staffing and configuration-oriented transactions. The HRSS team received a relatively large number of notifications in their Workday inbox. Since, Workday does not support any in-build solution to filter or categorize the tasks, it was a time-consuming activity for the Insurance provider’s HRSS team to segregate and take actions on the requests. Pacino designed a workday custom filter that helped in filtering out request with respect to HRSS profile being logged in. The filter also helped in clearing out pending transactions quickly.
