Problem Statement: Robot applications were going into a freeze/loop state because of various reasons. The time taken to detect this freeze state was rather high, resulting in PNR not being processed on time which in turn impacted business. https://hexaware.com/ Solution: As soon as Robot went onto a freeze/loop state, a unique functionality was set up to auto trigger a Robot maintenance notification to the entire team. With this successfully set-up, a quick action feature was enabled to avoid any delay in PNR processing.
