A customer value add that reduced effort of unassigned tasks handled by Business Application Management(BAM) for a leading Insurance provider. The customer has a performance process called check in conversation that identifies the status of employee goals, through interactions between manager and employee. The pending acknowledgement transactions of the terminated employees were also getting populated in the report. BAM team were spending time in routing the unassigned task to the appropriate person. Implemented a condition rule that excludes the terminated employees. This value add helped in addressing genuine unassigned transactions, without any hassle, resulting in savings of 26000 USD annually to our customer.
